Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) is a fun water activity that originated from Hawaii and made its way to Dubai. We offer a wide range of quality stand up paddleboards for the novice and regular. This activity does not require any practice. All you have to do is find the balance on the board and you're done.

Come on your own or get your friends to join in on the fun. This is an incredible way to spend some time on the water.

Know before you go

Please note that some construction work is scheduled around La Mer starting in September 2022 but services will still be available.
Timings for activities are strictly as shown.
You can purchase the following items from our water sports kiosk: towels, sunglasses, sunglass leashes, waterproof phone covers, t-shirts.
Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the experience.
La Mer Beach by Meraas is a new extensive beachfront spot equipped with all the facilities you need to enjoy the best activities in Dubai.
You'll find private changing rooms with showers and restrooms, restaurants, food trucks, retail shops, waterpark etc. Just grab your towel or buy one from our kiosk.
Kindly note that all guests must present their passport or a photo ID.
Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the Supplier at any time.
In the event of cancellation by the Supplier due to weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket.
