Overview

Get up-close in waist-deep water with the resident dolphins and specialist team to learn more about their interesting biology and behaviour. Join the marine mammal specialists as you enter the beautiful Dolphin Bay lagoon to carry out some daily playful enrichment and training sessions and be impressed with their intelligence. Make sure to leave with a souvenir photo to capture your incredible encounter. After your visit to Dolphin Bay, enjoy full access to the world-famous thrill rides and slippery slides of Aquaventure Waterpark. For those less inclined toward adrenaline-fuelled adventures, there are plenty of private, sunny beaches and comfortable places to sit down and relax at this beautiful resort.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before booked date.

Know before you go

• Redemption of voucher is on the selected event date; amendments to the date are not allowed. In order to redeem your voucher, you must present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID that matches the contact name you used when booking. If you do not present a valid form of identification, you will not receive admission, and you will not be issued a refund. Participants of the Dolphin Encounter must arrive at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”. Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself.

• Not suitable for pregnant women and guests who have any severe medical conditions unless approved and prescribed by a doctor.

• This experience is for all ages and swimming abilities. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above Children 2 years old and below have complimentary access.

• The maximum number per pod is 10 participants

• Photos are not included in the Dolphin Encounter however they can be purchased at the Photo Counter

• Please note that in high season such as school holidays, winter holidays or Easter holidays the queues to the rides might be long. Depending on availability the AquaXpress can be purchased at the entrance or at the guest service kiosk inside the park.

• This experience is for all ages and swimming abilities. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above Children 2 years old and below have complimentary access. A maximum of 3 children under 12yrs per adult is accepted.

• Observers are allowed however it is on Add-On basis and guests are not allowed to enter the water.

• Experience includes 30 minutes of preparation time and 30 minutes in the water.

• The maximum number per pod is 10 participants. • Wet suits are available and provided upon guest request.
