Know before you go

• Suitable for all ages. Participants under 12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult (18 years and above). A maximum of 3 children under 12 years per adult is accepted. 
• If you are pregnant or has any severe medical conditions, you should carefully consider whether to participate.
• You must be able to understand the safety instructions, which are conducted in English.
• Guests with Dolphin Bay and Sea Lion bookings made on the mentioned closure dates will receive an Aquaventure Waterpark voucher once guests checks-in for the activity.
• For those who have booked Aquaventure Super Pass or Lost Chambers Pass, we recommend to visit the Aquarium in the morning between 10:00 AM – 01:00 PM to avoid inconvenience. Operating timings of Aquaventure Waterpark are from 10AM until 6PM

Timings

• The park and aquarium are open 365 days of the year, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Please note that Aquaventure Waterpark closes at 5:30 PM.

Child And Cancellation Policy

• Children under 2 years will be allowed free of charge.
• Child Ticket 3yrs - 7yrs
• These tickets cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded.

Restrictions

• Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Swim nappies/diapers are available in all gift shops.
• Visitors are not allowed to bring food, beverages, glassware, or alcohol into Aquaventure Waterpark.
• Aquaventure Waterpark attractions are not recommended for expectant mothers, persons with a history of neck, back, joint or heart problems, an overweight person or those with physically limiting conditions. 
• Guests with injuries (casts, bandages, etc) or contagious diseases are not permitted on the attractions.

Additional information

• Children aged 2 and younger are complimentary. Some attractions may have height restrictions. Redemption of voucher is on the selected event date; amendments to the date are not allowed. Select an adult ticket if you are 3 feet 11 inches (120 cm) or taller; otherwise, select a child ticket.
• Locker and Towel rentals are available within the waterpark.
• Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware or alcohol into Aquaventure Waterpark
• Aquaventure Waterpark reserves the right to inspect all bags for any such items
• Appropriate swimwear is required when using the facilities within Aquaventure and the beach thongs, transparent bathing suites, underwear, denims, very loose clothing such as abaya, dishdash or similar are not permitted in the water. Head scarves, only if properly secured without any loosely flowing material.
