Take in magnificent views of the city from the Burj Khalifa, an epic manmade wonder and a major Dubai attraction. Zip up to the 124th floor of the iconic building in an elevator in 47 seconds, and enjoy breath-taking views of the city, the golden desert and the Persian Gulf. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide unobstructed views and make for great photo opportunities. Enjoy a multimedia presentation narrating Dubai’s history and the interesting story behind the construction of this architectural gem. Relax at The Cafe located at the ground level and enjoy 1 soft drink (excluding energy drink and hot beverage) OR 1 snack (pastry).

- Kindly be informed that lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, and baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and are to be kept in the luggage room. Access will be restricted to all outdoor terraces on 31st of December. Available booking slots are from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM. The attractions expect road closures from the Authorities and limited entry to the Dubai Mall from 02:00 PM onwards. Please note that tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis as no reservations can be made during booking. Prime time hour timings change over the seasons, please check the booking slots for the most current prime and non-prime hours. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) and a consent form of the parent/s is required. Children aged between 0 and 3 can enter for free. Please be advised that we are currently operating with a 120-day booking window for availability. This means that bookings can only be made up to 120 days before the desired visit date. Customers shall approach the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) and collect their tickets before entering any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions. After that, customers can proceed to the attraction and present their printed ticket and booking confirmation. Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booking time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season. The last entry is at 9 pm. Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund. During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.
