Step on board a unique viewing platform and get up close to the largest performing fountains in the world! This is a truly extraordinary Dubai Fountains Experience, placing you on the Viewing Boardwalk on the Burj Lake, facing Souq Al Bahar, the Dubai Mall, and of course the mesmerising Dubai Fountains.

For a full refund, cancel at least 72 hours prior to the timeslot.Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable

Know before you go

To collect their tickets and enter any of the Dubai Mall Emaar attractions, customers must visit the main counter of At The Top (LG Level, Dubai Mall). They can then proceed to the respected attraction where they will have to present their printed ticket along with a booking confirmation. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) and a consent form of the parent/s is required. Please note that when purchasing a ticket for a child or infant, an adult ticket must be selected. Children aged between 0 and 3 can enter for free. Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund. To collect their tickets and enter any of the Dubai Mall Emaar attractions, customers have to visit the main counter At The Top (LG Level, Dubai Mall). Only then are they allowed to proceed to the respected attraction where they will have to present their printed ticket along with a booking confirmation. Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booking time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) and a consent form of the parent/s is required. Children below the age of four are not allowed to take part in this experience. Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund. During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.
