Selecting your preferred time for the tour throughout the day presents various culinary options to choose from in the Uma Sunset Lounge with stunning views of Palm Jumeirah and Ain Dubai.

- Tickets are valid for the time and date displayed on your confirmation. For a full refund, cancel at least 24hrs in advance of booked time slot.
- Know before you go
- Ticket lounge is located at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Ticket-holders are advised to use the valet parking service at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The tour starts and ends at the Ticket Lounge. Tours leave every 15 minutes. Tickets must be presented at the Ticket Lounge to obtain access. Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time of the tour. Tour tickets provide access to the 25th floor and Inside Burj Al Arab areas only. Smart/casual attire is required, no beachwear or flip flips will be permitted. Men must wear closed shoes should in order to be admitted on the tour. No photographs may be taken in the main Atrium or on the first floor. Late arrivals will be moved to another tour subject to availability and may carry an additional charge. Access to Inside Burj Al Arab Boutique is exclusive to tour and hotel guests only. Inside Burj Al Arab can arrange onward dining and beverage experiences to complement the tour and extend the guest experience. Doors open 9:30am @ Jumeirah Beach Hotel – Inside Burj Al Arab Ticketing Lounge. Arrive 15 minutes before chosen tour time. Duration: Approximately 60- 90 minutes. Those aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or above. Children 0 - 3 years of age are free and will receive a complimentary ticket from the Ticketing Lounge, proof of age may be required. UMA Lounge Access: From 11am and minimum spend may apply. Dress Code: Respectful clothing (smart/casual attire) is mandatory. Knee length shorts are allowed for males and females although no beachwear, flipflops/slippers are allowed. No photography is allowed inside the main lobby of Burj Al Arab. Please respect the privacy and comfort of Burj Al Arab in-house guests whilst in public spaces.
