• All entrance tickets are based on a time slot • Kindly arrive at the attraction as per your scheduled time slot • Your ticket includes general admission and a digital photo pass • Children up to two years of age have free entry • Your ticket includes general admission and a digital photo pass • Children (3-11) tickets currently can be purchased at the counter of Madame Tussaud's directly These tickets cannot be cancelled. However, you can visit any day until 28th of February 2025. “Kids Go Free” offer by Madame Tussauds. Kids below 12 years are eligible for 1 complimentary ticket per paying adult with the following conditions: • Booking period & Offer validity: 01st May to 31st Aug’2024 • During the campaign, free entry is offered to kids below 12 years when accompanied by a paying adult and normal charges will apply if there are additional kids. (e.g. For 2 paying adults and 3 children, 2 children will go free, and the 3rd child will pay for ticket) • The team at Madame Tussauds will allow kids below 12 years to enter for free when the accompanying adult presents ticket at the ticketing counter. • Please note that there is free entry for infants up to two years of age. • Starting from Monday, 1st July 2024, our new opening hours will be from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, with the last entry for guests permitted at 7:15 pm.
