Important Information

• Children under 16 can join the desert safari only, with no access to Shisha or dune buggy.
  
• Infants are not allowed for dune bashing and must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
• Shared transfers(SIC) are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
  
• If the location is far off from SIC pick-up points our operations team will coordinate with you to suggest a standard meeting point.
• Pregnant women or people suffering from backache are not recommended for this tour.
• There will be no refund for partly utilized services
• No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity

• 24 hours prior booking mandatory, same day booking will not be processed.
• Pick-up time: 14:00 onwards

Accessibility

• During this activity, carrying large bags is not permitted.
• This tour is not advised for those who are pregnant or have back pain.
• Children under the age of three should not participate in the dune bashing adventure. 
• Child ticket starts from age 3-10 years old
• During public holidays and Islamic festivals, some entertainment programming might not be accessible.
