Important Information

• This activity is Without Transfers.
• A valid government-issued ID matching the name listed in the booking should be provided to gain entry into Qasr Al Watan.
• Non-commercial photography and filming are encouraged and allowed in all areas, excluding the use of wearable devices inside the Palace or Palace grounds.
• Valet parking is available at the Visitor Center car park at a charge of AED 80. It is available from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm, 7 days a week.
• There are no cloakroom or locker facilities available on the Palace grounds. Visitors are encouraged to leave their excess belongings at home or in their vehicles.
• In consideration of other visitors, mobile phones must be switched to silent.
• There are prayer rooms available for both men and women at the Visitor Centre and Zayed Gate.

Child And Cancellation Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between the age of 4 to 17 will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
• Children above the age of 17 will be considered as an adult and charged an adult rate.
• These tickets cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded.
