Overview

Experience the desert at its most mystical and tranquil, as the sun rises and enjoy a dune drive on a 3-4 hour trip from Dubai.Watch the desert come alive as your driver takes you on a dune drive. After roaming the desert, drive to watch the protected indigenous wildlife such as Desert Gazelle and Arabian Oryx. Then a quick drive to Al Qudra Lakes part of the Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve. Across the series of lakes at Al Qudra, you can enjoy a picnic or a leisurely ride. It’s a great way to see Dubai’s beautiful desert sunrise with a waterfront view and spot some local wildlife. • NOTE: On a foggy / hazy day the sunrise may not be clear. • Supplier will coordinate exact timings a few days prior to activity. • Pick up from Sharjah, Ajman and the following Dubai located hotels is included (Deira, Bur Dubai, Downtown, Al Barsha, Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina). • Pick up from private residences or villas in Dubai can be arranged for pick up from nearby hotels only. WINTER pickup time from 1st October 2024: 04:15 - 04:45 AM • Pick up from the following locations and hotels not in the city are available at an additional cost of AED 50 per person, a minimum of two people is required (Jebel Ali, Dubai Parks, Bab Al Shams, Al Maha Desert Resort, hotels located near Dubai Expo site). • Pickup will be in a 4x4 Land Cruiser on sharing basis with up to 5 people per land Cruiser from different hotels. • Children under the age of 5 are not allowed to join the tour. • Child rate applies only when sharing with 2 paying adults • Dress code: lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. Good quality sunglasses are advised. Hats are advisable when in direct sunlight.

Children under the age of 5 are not allowed to join the tour. • Dress code: lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. • Guests visiting the UAE during the Summer months (June – September) are advised that peak daytime temperatures sometimes reach 42 – 45 degrees Celsius. Humidity levels can also exceed 90 percent during this period. We recommend all our guests take adequate precautions. • The Dubai desert can get cooler in the evenings during winter, so we recommend you bring a light jacket and closed shoes. • The duration of the actual tour takes 3.5 – 4 hours but the driving time from Dubai hotel and return may take another 60 – 90 minutes depending on traffic conditions and time of day. Vegetarian options are available upon request on booking at least 48 hours before the tour. Pregnant ladies cannot be accommodated in the shared option car however if it's Private Safari, they can SKIP the Dune Bashing and proceed straight to the camp If there are any changes in pickup times we will contact you by WhatsApp, phone call, or as a last resort contact the hotel you stay in.
